Job Role: SAP CPI Resource on Integration - Technical Consultant
Location: Hillsboro, Oregon(ONSITE)
Duration: Long-term Contract
Note: Expert CPI resource on Integrating EC to ECC and also EC to other HR subsystems like UKG, Fidelity, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Good experience in implementing SuccessFactors cloud integration by using Cloud Platform integration (CPI/HCI) and integration center-based integrations.
- Good experience in data replication and migration for various entities like user, Organization, time etc.
- Strong experience in delivering SuccessFactors cloud Integration and Technical Services by collaborating closely with Technical and Operations Team.
- A time-tested methodology, business process and remote delivery model to deliver the best quality, accelerated time to value and ideal Customer Experience.
- This role covers both the internal and client-facing activities required for successful implementation.
- Applying best practices, country-specific knowledge, and technical know-how, they will ensure that the solution fits the client's requirements and specifications.
- Organize and support the data mapping with client and implementation teams.
- Ensure the client fulfills their responsibilities in terms of data management, particularly data cleansing and transformation.
- Experience with data security procedures and requirements of the client.
- Mandatory requirement: Certification in CPI integration
