What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer service and Order management Specialist position at Laster Tech CO LTD?
Responsibilities
1. Review and interpret customer rolling forecast demand and transfer into internal demand to production control, communicate with external and internal counterparties to meet delivery target dates
2. Monitor demand fluctuation and finished goods inventory level consistently and keep dialogue with customer to ensure order allocation
3. Fulfill customer demand by planning finish good shipment with forwarders and logistics provider, follow up shipments to ensure order completion
4. Keep track of account receivable ageing and timely follow up for delay or non-payment with customer
5. Process customer complaints and product return and replacements
Qualifications
- 1~2 years experiences in related field
- Effective interpersonal communication skill and act as teamplayer
- Experiences in warehouse operations
- English & Spanish proficiency
- Commute between El Paso & Juarez required
