Overview:
Lasting Love Homecare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team! As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning individuals
- Engage in activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred but not required. Willing to train the right individuals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Drivers license, and auto insurance
