- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and enhance client satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery and contribute to team goals.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and provide exceptional client services.
- Experience with outbound calling is a plus but not mandatory.
