Position Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Under 65 Health Insurance Specialist to join our team at our Springfield, MO office. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for helping others, developing talent, and driving success in the health insurance space. If you’re a confident communicator who thrives in a leadership position and has a heart for mentoring agents nationwide—this is the gig for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop agents across the U.S. in the Under 65 Health and Ancillary space.
• Drive agent production in:
• Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans
• Christian Health Share programs
• Traditional health insurance
• Dental, vision, and hearing products
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team success.
• Collaborate closely with office staff and leadership in Springfield, MO.

Qualifications:

• Active insurance license (Life, Health, Medicare, and/or Annuity)
• Sales experience preferred, especially in insurance or a related field
• Strong communication skills—you know how to motivate, train, and lead effectively.
• A natural recruiter and mentor who knows how to build relationships and grow a team.
• Experience in the health insurance industry (ACA knowledge is a plus).
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary starting at $40,000 (based on experience)
• Expected Hours: 37 – 40 per week

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
