About Us:
LastMileStone Logistics is a growing delivery company looking for reliable and motivated drivers to join our team. We specialize in delivering packages to residential homes, businesses, and occasionally rural areas depending on the load.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver packages safely and on time to homes, businesses, and rural locations.
- Use your smartphone with good service to navigate routes, scan packages, and ensure successful deliveries.
- Meet daily delivery quotas—drivers are expected to complete 100-150 stops per day.
- Provide friendly and professional service during each delivery.
- Lift and carry packages weighing 50 lbs or more.
- Ability to bulk deliver: Handle large shipments of multiple packages at once.

- Pay Structure:
- Cargo Vans & Minivans: Paid a flat rate per route based on workload and distance.
- Small Vehicles (Sedans, SUVs, etc.): Paid per stop completed.
- Job Security Based on Performance: Failing to meet quotas may result in termination.
- Flexible Shifts: Choose from full shifts or a 4-hour shift option.
- Year-Round Work: This is NOT a seasonal job—steady work all year long.
- Independent Contractor Role: This is a 1099 position (be your own boss).
- Weekly Pay: Paid weekly, starting after the third week from your start date.
What You Need:
- A valid driver’s license.
- Your own vehicle (cargo vans and minivans preferred; small vehicles qualify for per-stop pay).
- Vehicle insurance (proof required).
- A smartphone with reliable service for navigation, scanning, and tracking deliveries.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing 50 lbs or more.
- A strong work ethic and ability to meet delivery quotas.
Service Area:
- Lancaster, CA Metro & surrounding Areas (including nearby areas as required).
