We keep track of our open orders in an organized system available to all employees at any time across multiple computers that indicates order priority and due dates .
Availability
Generally, the working hours would be along the lines of Monday thru Friday, 9a-3p plus or minus. This may vary slightly over time and with current workload but you can expect to do 20 hours a week minimum. In our production process, the first step of preparing the day's work, requires two people. It is important that you are able to reliably arrive at the designated time or it can throw off the timeline for the rest of the workday. For the most-part, there would be no work on the weekends. Though, if there is an overabundance of work, you could assign people to work weekends if they would like the additional hours. A lot of the time we just work through most holidays but we can typically accommodate requested times off.

Essentially, this is the boss position. While we do expect you to take that responsibility seriously, we are not are not particularly looking for a bossy boss. You should be kind-hearted and pleasant to work with. There are different responsibilities among different positions but we prefer to treat each-other as equals working toward the common goal. We would far prefer to have someone with zero experience but has a great attitude rather than an expert with a poor one.
It may sound like a lot but many tasks are small and infrequent. We certainly understand it will take time to learn all the different aspects of the business and the existing manager will be available to assist.
