Latch is a part of DOOR with the mission to enhance the residential living experience with its DOOR app, which brings together products, services, technology, and community to reduce costs for building owners and deliver the living experience residents expect in today’s world. Built on the strong foundation Latch established with its access control and entry systems, the DOOR app is anchored by the Doorman, an AI assistant that combines the technology and unique data of each building to serve timely and relevant information to residents and property managers. From access control to monitoring for leaky toilets and checking the status of amenities and service providers, DOOR supports all the needs of residential living in one, easy-to-use app.

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of success in the consumer electronics or home security industry, preferably with experience in the smart home / IoT space.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Brand Leadership

  • Develop and implement a corporate marketing strategy aligned with Latch’s business goals, driving revenue and brand growth.
  • Lead efforts to refine Latch’s positioning in the competitive SaaS landscape, setting Latch’s product suite as the go-to all-in-one solution for multifamily owners and operators.
  • Elevate Latch brand positioning and visual identity, ensuring innovation and consistency across all platforms.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure Latch’s marketing strategies are innovative and effective in driving market differentiation.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts, using analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Unified Communications

  • Lead an integrated approach to PR, AR, internal communications, and crisis management, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging.
  • Partner with the executive team to craft visionary narratives around smart home technology, operational intelligence, and technology trends.
  • Product and Customer Marketing

  • Develop clear and compelling messaging that highlights the unique value of Latch’s suite of solutions for global brands and retailers.
  • Lead competitive analysis and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with Product teams to align features and offerings with market demands and customer needs.
  • Design strategies to showcase customer success stories, enhancing advocacy and engagement.
  • Create and execute strategies to highlight customer success stories, leveraging Latch’s platform to drive advocacy and customer engagement.
  • Global Event Strategy

  • Drive impactful event strategies, ensuring Latch’s presence aligns with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with executives to craft keynote presentations that inspire audiences.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation

  • Build and mentor a high-performing global team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence.

You bring 15 years of corporate marketing expertise, particularly in property technology sectors such as smart home or AI.
