About The Role
The Property Manager Administrator supports the property management team by coordinating administrative processes, ensuring efficient property operations, and providing excellent customer service to tenants and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Assist the property management team with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining property management software.
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial statements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease-related issues.
- Facilitate communication between tenants and management to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Assist in preparing, executing, and renewing lease agreements.
- Maintain records of lease agreements, tenant files, and other related documents.
- Assist in marketing available properties through various channels, including online listings and social media.
- Help with conducting property showings and assisting prospective tenants in the application process.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is
- preferred.
- Previous experience in property management, administrative support, or a related field is desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Work Environment: The role typically involves working in an office setting, with occasional visits to properties for inspections and tenant interactions.
