Job Brief
The Digital Ad Ops Associate is a self-motivated, analytical individual who enjoys being challenged.
This individual works in a close-knit team environment while at the same time takes a leadership role and works independently with limited mentorship and direction when needed. You will be responsible for creating ad placements, managing creative assignments, sending tags and tracking performance to ensure all ads are measurable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be a problem solver
- Demonstrate excellent time management, as well as oral and written interpersonal skills
- Act as liaison with media, our internal agency team and publisher sites regarding tracking, scheduling, and delivery of campaigns
- Serve as a point of contact between ad server and internal business units
- Efficiently handle the implementation, scheduling, and rotation of ads, within online advertising campaigns
- Execute creation of HTML tags for site partners using various ad-serving systems such as DCM and Basis
- QA creative and campaign setup for functionality and adherence to technical specifications
- Tool Expertise: Leverage CM360 to implement campaigns, including automation, dynamic content and a/b testing
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of digital ad ops and/or campaign management experience preferred
- Experience with Campaign Manager 360 and other digital ad-serving platforms
- Showcase a natural gift for grasping concepts quickly and making good judgments
- Ability to work on your own initiative; pre-emptive and enthusiastic; constantly thinking ahead; demonstrating a detailed and highly organized approach to all tasks
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity - flexible & adaptable with a willingness to learn and join in wherever needed
- Must have strong people skills to excel in this role, as you may speak and present before vendors, clients and fellow employees
