Latcha’s Marketing Intelligence organization comprises several key roles:
Campaign Planners: They shape the success of current and future campaigns by identifying opportunities, conducting competitive research, and developing audience, channel, and creative strategies.
Insights Analysts: In this role, you will analyze data, generate valuable insights, and provide recommendations to help clients make informed business decisions.
Analytics Enablement Specialists: They design requirements for PowerBI dashboards and visualizations based on client and internal stakeholder needs. You’ll also establish best practices for analytic tagging and ensure the accuracy of tagging and reporting deliverables.
Advanced Analytics: This team focuses on predictive modeling, including machine learning, natural language processing, and personalization.

As a Campaign Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing omni-channel strategies and multi-dimensional program plans that combine compelling marketing campaigns with effective incentive programs. Your expertise in automotive financial offers, audience segmentation, and channel strategies will guide the design of campaigns and incentives that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results.

Partnering with Insights Analysts, you’ll leverage data-driven insights to refine campaign goals and ensure alignment with business objectives. You’ll also take the lead in shaping national, dealer, and private offer incentives, integrating them seamlessly into marketing efforts to optimize performance and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities
As an individual contributor in the role of Campaign Planner, you’ll be responsible for the following key areas:
Strategic Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Insights, Account, and Creative teams to develop comprehensive omni-channel campaign strategies aligned with campaign and client objectives.
- Work with client’s national incentives team on incentive plan management and creation.
- Assist our National and Dealer clients in adopting a more customer-centric approach when setting incentives.
- Utilize insights from both 1st and 3rd party analyses to develop and implement multi-channel customer programs that address key moments of need within the customer journey, focusing on core business KPIs.
- Identify and explore new approaches, methods, and channels for effectively communicating with diverse audiences.
- Present Tier 1 and Tier 3 sales offer strategies to clients for approval prior to development.
Audience Targeting and Management:
- Utilize historical data and insights to identify target audiences for incentive offers, ensuring precise targeting and maximum impact.
Omni-channel Campaign Execution:
- Lead the delivery of omni-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, web, mobile apps, social platforms, and other relevant channels to enhance the customer experience.
- Development and implementation of campaign audience and channel journey workflows within the marketing platform, guaranteeing plans are executed as designed and aligned with client expectations.
- Partner with the internal content studio team to ensure appropriate creative as being connected to the campaigns
Basic Qualifications
- Automotive Incentive Planning Expertise:
- Demonstrated working knowledge of finance and incentive plan analysis, practices, principles, applications, and analysis methods within the automotive industry.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Showcase a track record of success in managing client relationships and thriving in collaborative team environments.
- Educational Background:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for strategic financial planning.
- Work Experience:
- Possess a minimum of 4 years’ financial and incentive planning experience.
Desired Skills
Industry Expertise:
- Preferred experience in automotive dealership financial and/or leasing.
