Job Description:
The Growth Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that support the company’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data across various channels (e.g., digital ads, email, social media, content marketing, etc.) to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and provide insights on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Campaign Optimization: Work with the marketing team to optimize and scale campaigns, using data and performance insights to refine targeting, creative, and channel strategies to maximize ROI.
Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that support sustainable and scalable growth, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and implement A/B tests and multivariate testing for digital campaigns, landing pages, and email sequences to optimize conversion rates and customer experience.
Customer Segmentation: Conduct segmentation analysis to identify high-value customer groups and recommend strategies for targeting these segments with personalized marketing efforts.
Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, ROAS, and CLTV.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to ensure that growth marketing initiatives are aligned with broader company goals and customer needs.
Competitor & Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
Data Integrity & Tools Management: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of marketing data across platforms and systems. Manage and optimize the tools used for analytics, such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and multivariate testing techniques.
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and CLTV.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies and recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
- Desired Skills:
- Proficiency with SQL or similar tools for advanced data querying.
- Experience with growth hacking techniques and startup environments.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and retargeting strategies.
