Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Analytics Specialist with 5 years of experience to join our team and drive insights that will optimize our marketing strategies.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Offer measurement, Test learns, and campaign data analysis.
- As a Marketing Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, determining return on investment, and making data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the impact of marketing loyalty initiatives (test theories, confirm assumptions) utilizing both quantitative and qualitative measures.
- Develop and implement frameworks for measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using industry-standard measurement techniques.
- Analyse customer-level data to understand customer behavior and trends to provide recommendations on ways to optimize and refine promotional activity.
- Continuously partner with stakeholders to ensure content meets business needs.
- Act as a key liaison between client stakeholders and the offshore team, understanding client requirements, and ensuring expectations are met.
- Turn large data-based analyses into clear, concise, and compelling presentations with actionable insights.
- Utilize Agile methodology to deliver analytics solutions with quick turnaround.
Skills:
- Strong background in Marketing/Campaign Analytics especially in Measurement
- Retail industry experience: understanding of convenience store industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook) SQL, PowerBI, and Python
- Strong analytical decision-making abilities with highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to continuously seek, receive,e and implement feedback.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science).
- Proven experience in marketing analytics roles, with a track record of compelling insights, enabling storytelling with data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in marketing analytics, retail measurement, and customer analytics.
