About this position :
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in A / B testing, pricing strategies, and growth analytics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize product performance, develop and refine pricing strategies, and drive impactful growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in experimentation, pricing analysis, and product performance measurement, combined with the ability to connect the dots between data and actionable business outcomes.
What you'll be doing :
- Translate complex data into business-relevant insights , ensuring that data-driven decisions are aligned with company goals and priorities.
- Analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, delivering clear and concise insights that address the "so what" for stakeholders.
- Build dashboards and reports to track key metrics and communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Finance to support strategic initiatives and develop long-term growth plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics, experimentation, and pricing to drive continuous improvement.

Our approach to compensation :
We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.
Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base commission / variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.
To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.
Additionally, all permanent team members are granted stock options and are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.
Salary Range :
100,000 - $126,500 USD
