Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in software development and expertise in managing technical teams to join our team at Lateral Insights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully handling high revenue projects across multiple regions, including North Americas, Europe and Asia. They must be adept at managing third-party vendor collaborations, setting milestones, defining project scope, and working seamlessly with multiple internal departments. Experience with Java-based application development environments, AWS, and Azure are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage technical project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts, setting expectations, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Define project scope, establish milestones, and oversee progress to align with business objectives.
Work closely with multiple internal teams, including development, QA, operations, and product management, to drive project success.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize Agile and other project management methodologies to optimize workflows.
Monitor budgets and timelines to maintain cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
Facilitate cross-regional collaboration, effectively managing teams in Europe and Asia.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior stakeholders on project status, risks, and progress.

Required Qualifications :
Experience managing large-scale, high-revenue projects with multi-regional teams for at least 10 years.
Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure with a strong technical acumen
Proven track record in managing third-party vendor collaborations and negotiations.
Exceptional project management skills, including milestone setting, risk assessment, and scope management and risk management.
Experience working in Agile environments, with proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Monday.com.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to manage technical teams effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or Agile certifications.
Manufacturing Industry experience is great to have.
Experience in financial or enterprise-grade applications.
Prior experience in organizations with large distributed teams across multiple time zones.
