Responsibilities include:
- Supporting attorneys with commercial and residential foreclosure and bankruptcy matters
- Drafting and filing pleadings and foreclosure documents
- Managing creditor’s rights collection files
- Handling full-cycle foreclosure matters from inception to resolution
- Corresponding with courts, trustees, and administrative offices
- Reviewing loan documents, title reports, and land records
- Supervising administrative support staff
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Maryland foreclosure procedures
- Experience with state and federal electronic filing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title industry-related software
- Familiarity with loan and land records; title experience a plus
