Lateral Link is assisting a prominent boutique law firm with two new
- unposted
- opportunities for commercial real estate associates.
The firm is comprised of former “big law” attorneys. Clients are local, regional and national.
The firm’s size allows the team to deliver the highest quality legal services to clients.
The firm is seeking a junior associate with 1-2 years experience as well as a senior associate (minimum of 5 years’ experience).
The mid / senior level associate should be able to step in and run deals and possess significant experience handling commercial real estate lending work.
Modest billable target of 1500 hours.
The firm offers unbelievable training and invests in the long term growth of their associates. From day one, the associate will be in the middle of deals, participating on substantive calls.
Attention to detail that is vital to their practice.
Maryland bar is ideal.
The group represents commercial banks, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and other lenders in commercial transactions including predevelopment, acquisition, construction and permanent loans.
