The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of corporate music industry transactional legal experience.
Experience with transactional documents in the music industry.
The partners are open to a strong credentialed transactional attorney looking to retool into this arena.
The group represents private equity investors and funds, portfolio companies of private equity funds and both public and private companies, in various industries, including media and entertainment, technology, fashion/apparel, real estate, lending, and others.
