Lateral Link is assisting a reputable law firm and repeat client with a search for a corporate associate to join the firm’s dynamic group.
The ideal candidate will be a 5th or 6th year associate.
This particular corporate group focuses on mid-market M&A transactions, joint ventures and debt and equity finance transactions across a variety of industries, including beverage & food, lodging and hospitality. The firm boasts a unique roster of clients.
This is an opportunity to join a group that is leanly staffed, where associates are given more responsibility than their peers at other AmLaw firms and where associates can have direct client interaction.
