A major national firm (our client) is looking for an Intellectual Property Specialist to join their team. Open to: Chicago, Kansas City, Denver, Phoenix, or St. Louis.
Work will include docketing and prosecution management. Varied responsibilities, including, drafting shell amendments for attorneys, managing IP dockets, managing client portfolios, opening new patent matters, and conducting heavy legal research.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of specific Intellectual Property rules and procedures, IP experience with US, PCT, and Foreign, and IP databases experience (ePCT, USPTO, WIPO).
