Junior Transactional Paralegal - Elite AmLaw Firm

An elite Am Law firm (our client) is looking for a Junior Transactional Paralegal to join their Healthcare/Life Science team. Will go hybrid after 90 day probationary period.


Will assist attorneys with regulatory applications and submissions, maintain database of regulatory research, prepare forms and applications, conduct legal research, and gather information/data and prepare written summaries.


Experience in transactional or corporate law is highly preferred. Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements is a plus.
