Lateral Link is assisting a top AmLaw 100 firm in its search for a highly motivated Junior to Mid-Level Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Associate for the firm’s DC office.
Qualified candidates must have an active DC Bar license and will have two to five years of transactional experience involving Low Income Housing Tax Credits. The candidate will focus on the development and financing of affordable housing projects for community development and revitalization. In addition, candidates should have knowledge of real estate finance, government incentive programs, partnerships and limited liability companies, and an aptitude for analyzing financial projections. Candidates will be motivated self-starters with strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills.

The base salary ranges from $225,000 (2nd year) to $300,000 (5th year).
