An elite national firm (our client) is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their team on a hybrid basis.
Will be assisting attorneys with real estate and commercial finance transactions.
Varied responsibilities, including, managing all aspects of title, survey, zoning, and ancillary diligence matters, coordinating and managing real estate acquisition, disposition, and financing closings, reviewing UCC lien searches and handling financing statement filings, assisting attorneys with drafting legal documents, preparing New York Deeds in connection with the transfer of properties for estate planning and distribution matters, and preparing post-transaction closing binders.
Must have knowledge of and experience with the New York City ACRIS system.
