An elite global firm (our client) is looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their team on a hybrid basis in one of their offices: NY, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Mountain View, or Seattle.
Experience in Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions is required. Startup experience (technology and life sciences companies, corporate records management, venture capital financings, and blue sky research) is highly preferred.
Experience in capitalization maintenance platforms such as Carta and ShareWorks is preferred.
Will be assisting attorneys with transactional and corporate matters.
