Lateral Link is assisting a global law firm and repeat client with a new search for a mid-level associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to support the structured finance CLO practice in the New York office.
The ideal candidate will have experience with CLO and related transactions, such as securitizations, warehouse financing and other complex financing transactions and related transactions.
The firm is selective in hiring and staffs cases as leanly as possible.
Associates assume significant responsibility early on and work in a collaborative and close-knit environment.
The group is in the early stages of reviewing candidates.
