Position: Product Development Associate

· In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our product development team, responsible for bringing new designs to life. From managing lab dips, you’ll have the chance to work closely with director of product development.

What You’ll Do:

· Trendsetter: Research trends and create bedding concepts that will define the next wave of luxury.

· Collaborate with the Founder: Work directly with Parima Ijaz to push the creative boundaries of bedding design.

· Work on Lab Dips: Manage the development of new colors by overseeing lab dips and ensuring color accuracy.

· Travel for Inspiration: Travel to design studios to hand-select the finest fabrics and materials for our collections.

· Organize & Manage: Track and maintain product details, including materials, samples, trims, and packaging, while ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Who You Are:

· Creative & Trend-Focused: You’re passionate about design, staying on top of trends, and eager to shape the future of luxury bedding.

· Proficient in Adobe & MS Office: Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Textile Enthusiast: You have a strong understanding of fabrics and color trends.

· Organized & Efficient: Able to manage multiple projects at once, you’re detail-oriented and always meet deadlines.

· Collaborative Team Player: You work well with others and are eager to collaborate across teams to drive success.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a design or product development-related field.

· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

· Knowledge of textile design, fabric development, and sewing construction a plus.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

· Passion for design, creativity, and innovation.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
