Requirements:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Valid MA RN license
- 2 years of management experience required
- Relevant experience in nursing; psychiatric or special needs experience preferred
- Must obtain DPH MAP instructor certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong time management and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with all medical collaterals.
- Develop, revise, and implement all medical/nursing-related policies and procedures.
- Conduct one-on-one and group meetings with supervisees.
- Complete 90-day and annual evaluations of direct reports.
- Ensure safe and effective medication administration, following Massachusetts MAP (Medication Administration Program) guidelines.
- Oversee MAP training compliance, including initial training, recertifications, and targeted training.
- Provide "on-call" medical/nursing coverage as needed.
- Conduct annual and ongoing regulatory medical training for staff.
- Ensure timely medical appointments and accurate medical record-keeping.
- Maintain compliance with DDS, DPH, and OSHA regulations.
- Participate in leadership and management meetings.
- Maintain expertise in Prader-Willi Syndrome medical best practices.
- Oversee daily medical checks for individuals with ongoing medical needs.
