About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as part of our Children's Program. As an RN in this role, you will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide and coordinate medical services for students.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily health monitoring and coordination of medical services
- Order, administer, and document medication use
- Liaise with families and external agencies to address medical needs
- Facilitate psychiatric consults and medication reviews
- Maintain accurate medical records and prepare required reports
- Conduct training and provide in-service education
- Participate in program development and evaluation
Requirements and Qualifications
- Valid MA RN nursing license
- Relevant experience (preferably 2 years)
- Knowledge of child and adolescent psychiatric needs (desired)
- Valid driver's license
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits and Compensation
- $45.63 per hour
- Weekend differential ($3.00 per hour for hours worked between 7am Saturday and 6:59am Monday)
