The Product Director is also responsible for implementing product initiatives and works with the Product Manager to manage products throughout the product lifecycle including : gathering product and customer requirements, maintaining product master files, evaluating product and pricing changes in the market, and promoting the product line. The Fiberglass Product Director will lead the design, development and support of new innovative and existing products and overall program management of product launch plus product and process changes that deliver cost improvements. The Fiberglass Product Director is also responsible for implementing product initiatives and works with the Product Manager to manage products throughout the product lifecycle including- gathering product and customer requirements, voice of customer, maintaining product master files, evaluating product and pricing changes in the market, and promoting the product line. This role is accountable for developing, coordinating and implementing company level strategies across multiple functions that directly and indirectly report to them. This leadership role achieves this through successful associate engagement and coordination across functional areas both internal and external to the site while satisfying customer requirements. The Fiberglass Product Director will be responsible for leading the product development process and will be required to effectively collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, marketing and commercial leaders in order to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.Some of What You Will Do : Works in collaboration with the VP of Product and Senior Leadership team to develop overall product strategies and roadmap.
