About the Role
The Associate Recruiting Manager – Global Operations is an integral part of Latham’s Human Capital and Talent team and will be responsible for the recruitment and hiring of top talent for all associate-level positions at Latham & Watkins, while driving strategic leadership in recruiting operations and ensuring innovative and efficient processes across global platforms. This role will be located in either our New York or Washington, D.C. office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging data analytics to shape recruitment strategies, enhance candidate experience, and support business growth
- Developing and implementing cutting-edge recruitment policies and procedures that reflect global best practices
- Collaborating with global management and cross-functional teams to align recruitment initiatives with strategic business objectives
- Cultivating strong partnerships with external vendors to enhance recruitment capabilities and drive operational excellence
- Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for others
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Possess extensive experience in recruitment operations with a proven track record, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of recruitment practices and regulations in all jurisdictions where Latham & Watkins LLP operates
- Display technical proficiency with experience in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
And have:
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in legal recruitment or professional services
- A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a related field, preferably
