About the Role
The ServiceNow Developer is an integral part of Latham’s Technology & Information Services team and will be responsible for the design and development of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, while participating in process flow analysis and process redesign along with stakeholders and team members. This role will be located in our Global Services Office in downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role requires working at least two days per week in person at our Global Services Office in downtown Los Angeles, or as business needs dictate.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include :
- Performing intermediate to advanced-level development tasks within the Service Catalog and most modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Creating and / or maintaining Service Catalog items, some of which require complex catalog development experience and knowledge.
- Creating and / or maintaining components, such as server-side scripts, ACLs, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, AJAX, and using languages such as JavaScript, Angular, and Python.
- Developing client-focused solutions in the following modules : Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Virtual Agent, and Service Portal.
- Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers.
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and / or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains.
