About The Role
The Attorney Support FAST Assistant is an integral part of Latham’s Attorney Support team and will be responsible for supporting summer associates and first-through fourth-year attorneys with a variety of administrative responsibilities , while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow). This role will be located in our Boston office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Pay Range
USD $55,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
- Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
- Preserving the confidentiality of ours and our clients’ protected information
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
- Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
- Take initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Can multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
- A high school diploma or an equivalent
- A bachelor's degree, preferably
- Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably
