About The Role
The Global Associate Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Associate Recruiting team and will be responsible for supporting firmwide recruiting efforts, including the summer program, entry-level hiring, and campus outreach, while serving as a liaison to law schools and executing asso ciate recruiting strategies. This role will be located in either our Century City, New York, Washington, D.C. or San Diego offices. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Supporting law school outreach by serving as a firm liaison, coordinating numerous events nationwide in partnership with internal teams and law school representatives
- Supporting Link with Latham programming by collaborating on curriculum development, maintaining consistent workflows for each event, and preparing attorneys and internal teams for successful execution
- Coordinating firmwide logistics for the summer program, including planning orientation, programming, and events
- Assisting with special projects on various initiatives as needed
- Work well in a team environment with a customer-service orientation
- Demonstrate effective communication, both written and verbal
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and adhere to quality assurance standards
- Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet multiple deadlines
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in legal recruitment or professional services
