About The Role
The Supervisor of Administrative Service Center is an integral part of Latham’s Administration team and will be responsible for coordinating the service delivery of the Administrative Service Center, monitoring all incoming client requests, and distributing workflow as appropriate, with the goal of maintaining an exceptional level of customer service, while supervising, training, and developing the Administrative Service Center Assistants, acting as the point of escalation, and as a subject matter expert. This role will be located in our Global Services office in Downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role will require working in-office 5 days a week during the training duration, and will eventually have a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the workflow and assigning tasks effectively to the Administrative Service Center Assistants
- Continually reviewing work processes and workflow with the aim of achieving optimal efficiencies
- Responding to day-to-day queries, ensuring prompt resolution, and escalating to senior team members where necessary
- Assisting with day-to-day tasks supporting the Attorney Support function and other business services units as assigned
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
- Demonstrate the ability to lead a team and foster a positive working environment
- Exhibit the ability to communicate professionally with colleagues and clients
- Possess the ability to work in a team environment with a well-developed customer-focused orientation
- A high school diploma or an equivalent
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative role
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, overseeing tasks such as workflow allocation and team performance
- Experience within a law firm or other professional services environment, preferably
