What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dirt Foreman position at Lather Site Prep?
As a Dirt Foreman, you will be responsible for directly supervising and coordinating the daily activities of a grading crew. Your primary duties include scheduling, prioritizing, and delegating tasks with a strong emphasis on efficiency and safety. You will work closely with the project manager to resolve any issues and ensure smooth project operations.
Your role also involves utilizing heavy equipment for various dirt and site projects, drawing on your expertise in areas such as excavation, grade work, and excavation tasks. You will be responsible for continually inspecting the work site for potential hazards or safety concerns, ensuring that all tasks are performed accurately and to the highest standards. The position requires flexibility, as you will need to perform a variety of duties that may change based on work conditions.
Pay is competitive and based on experience. College degree not required but is a plus.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Collaborate with project managers and fellow team members to meet project deadlines and goals.
