As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will utilize your expertise to maneuver and operate heavy machinery with precision and safety to complete tasks related to site preparation, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders to execute tasks such as land clearing, grading, excavation, and trenching according to project needs.
Must be able to provide proven experience in heavy equipment operation
All employees of Lather Site Prep must follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and their team members. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Collaborate with project managers and fellow team members to meet project deadlines and goals.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Home daily
- Nights as needed
- Weekends as needed
