Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee site preparation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing project teams, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
You will report directly to the General Manager, providing regular updates on project progress and any adjustments needed to stay on track. You will also be tasked with ensuring that all work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee and finalize site preparation projects following company standards and exceeding client expectations
- Develop schedules, resources, and budgets using your estimating
- Bid for new projects
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time project execution
- Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in site preparation, land development, or construction
- Strong knowledge of site preparation processes, equipment, and safety standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on deadlines and quality
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
