Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our 3 businesses and to support the owners. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting with RV Parks & Country Store, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and processing reports and necessary office administration daily.
Duties
- Assist in the management of property activities, including marketing available units.
- Maintain accurate and organized administrative files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Utilize Multiple Computerized RV Park Reservation Systems from RV Parks, Cabin rentals & Storage Facilities.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, dispatching maintenance and providing timely communication.
- Support the property manager in ordering Retail Supplies, RV Park maintenance supplies etc.
- Must know MS Office, Word and Excel exp is required.
- Processing weekly payroll reports, Housekeeping reports, Inventory Management.
Requirements
- High Paced Environment, Multi tasking is upmost priority.
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in MS Office and database entry and file management.
- Excellent conflict management abilities and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws governing property leasing and management practices.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professional relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
