Role Responsibilities
">As a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Executive, you will drive new business, build lasting client relationships, and grow our personal lines book of business.
">Sales & Business Growth

- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to drive new business. ">
- Leverage referral networks, inbound leads, and outbound prospecting to build a robust pipeline. ">
- Present customized insurance solutions that meet each client's needs. ">
- Establish strong relationships with clients, mortgage lenders, realtors, and centers of influence to generate new business. ">
- Proactively cross-sell and upsell policies to maximize client coverage and agency revenue. ">
Client Relationship Management

- Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on coverage options, risks, and policy benefits. ">
- Ensure clients have the right protection at the right price. ">
- Maintain high retention rates by fostering long-term client relationships. ">
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. ">

Requirements for Success
">3 years of insurance experience required. Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is necessary. Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills are essential.
">A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is necessary. Experience with Applied EPIC or other agency management systems is beneficial.
