Description : ELEMENTARY TEACHERS
The Lathrop R-II School District is seeking certified applicants for multiple Elementary K-5 Teachers for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. Qualified candidates will be responsible for planning lessons, carrying out effective instruction, evaluating student progress, and maintaining classroom management to ensure student engagement and learning. The Lathrop R-II School District is a rural K-12 school district, in Lathrop, MO, with competitive salary and benefits. Lathrop is located 3 miles west of I-35 in northwest Missouri, 15 minutes north of Kearney and 30 minutes north from the Liberty / Kansas City area. Lathrop R-II School District is on a 4 day school week (Tuesday through Friday). One Monday per month the certified staff meets for professional development.
