**Job Summary:**
Lathrop R-II Schools is seeking a qualified Head Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and service, as well as the ability to maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
The Head Cook will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to students and staff in an efficient manner. This includes:
- Maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities in good working order
- Preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and menus
- Ensuring compliance with all food safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in food preparation and service
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
