Overview
The position will provide assistance with various North American sales support and programs. Key responsibilities include tracking and qualifying commercial projects using industry tools, identifying new search criteria, assessing project qualifications, and providing insights to the sales team.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Track and qualify commercial projects using industry tools (e.g., Dodge).
- Identify and develop new search criteria to find relevant projects.
- Assess project qualifications and determine the best opportunities for the sales team.
- Provide insights and recommendations to help the sales team prioritize efforts.
Programs & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Manage and improve existing programs, including infrastructure and standards.
- Define and refine processes to enhance program effectiveness.
- Establish clear guidelines and SOPs to streamline operations.
- Analyze current programs to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Job Specifications/Skills
- A working knowledge of analytics, construction management or business is beneficial.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a well-organized manner.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Maintain a positive, cooperative attitude with all employees and customers.
Minimum Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- College Degree in Business, Data Analytics, or Construction Management (currently in progress).
