Manufacturing Line Technician – Latika Beauty

About Us:
Latika Beauty is a creative beauty brand producing high-quality bath and body products. We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Line Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical production machinery across our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain filling, packaging, and auxiliary equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and computer interfaces.
• Perform equipment maintenance, including cleaning, adjustments, and preventive measures.
• Manage lot changes, line clearances, and ensure work areas are clean and organized.
• Communicate with equipment manufacturers for troubleshooting, parts ordering.
• Support product and process development trials.
• Train machine operators in Autonomous Maintenance and equipment setup.
• Prioritize and complete maintenance work orders with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain an organized stock of maintenance supplies, parts, and tools.
• Develop and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for operating our various filling and packaging lines.
• Provide general support for daily production line operations

Qualifications:

• Experience with automated filling machines, conveyors, pumps, pneumatic equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computer-based systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues, including AC/DC motors, frequency drives, PLCs, HMI systems, and photo eyes.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC logic.
• Experience in modifying PLC programs (timing, alarms, logic adjustments).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment maintaining equipment.
• A high school diploma or GED is required; technical certifications are preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
