Latika is an independently owned, fast-growing bath and beauty brand based in Liberty Hill, Texas. Our team designs, manufactures and ships products from our headquarters. Our products are found in Anthropologie, H-E-B, and over 6,000 independent boutiques, spas, and hotels nationwide.
Despite our national reach, we remain a hands-on, collaborative team that values accountability, efficiency, and initiative. We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly organized Office Manager who can bring structure, streamline operations, and support our team as we grow.
About the Role
This is not a passive admin job. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team member who keeps the office running smoothly, takes ownership of operations and administrative support, and contributes to an efficient, respectful, and high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for daily office operations
- Provide administrative support to leadership and department heads
- Manage and improve internal systems (files, SOPs, checklists, etc.)
- Coordinate office logistics: inventory, supplies, vendor relationships
- Support HR: candidate communication, interview coordination, onboarding, and light employee engagement (birthdays, celebrations, etc.)
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and online inquiries
- Assist with organizing internal communications and scheduling
- Contribute to team culture with thoughtful, professional support

- Experience supporting HR processes in a small business
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or wholesale environment
- Familiarity with Shopify, Faire, Excel, or similar platforms and other software suites.
