Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks, including hardscaping, digging, mowing, groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and more. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hardscape installations, such as building retaining walls, patios, and walkways
- Assist with digging and excavation for landscape projects
- Operate mowers and other equipment for lawn care and maintenance
- Perform general groundskeeping duties, including weeding, pruning, and mulching
- Assist in the construction of garden beds and planting of flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Use power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and practices
- Familiarity with power tools commonly used in landscaping
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and transportation required
