This position assists in developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications initiatives across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and effective outreach to current and prospective families, alumni, faculty, staff and the broader community. Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and manage compelling content for digital and print communications, including newsletters, websites, social media, and marketing materials.
- Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging and alignment with the school’s brand.
- Assist in managing the school’s social media presence, which includes creating and scheduling engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Assist in managing the school’s website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and visually appealing.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
- Collaborate on the design and production of marketing materials, including an annual report, admission materials, brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
- Support the school’s advertising and media relations efforts.
- Assist in fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents/guardians, faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners.
- Support communication strategies for school events, admissions initiatives, and fundraising efforts.
- Capture and curate photography and video content to highlight school events, activities and accomplishments.
- Oversee and maintain a communications project calendar.
- Assist in managing and updating the school’s calendar, including coordinating and collaborating with various internal stakeholders.
- Assist with setting and tracking the annual communications budget.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to execute strategic initiatives, and develop and maintain timelines, tasks and the status of all projects.
- Assist with other marketing, communication, and administrative tasks as needed.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
