Description
The Latin Swim Club is looking for an Assistant Coach for our spring Saturday program!
Our Saturday program which has practice times 8:30am - 1pm, on select Saturdays (practice dates will be April 12, 26, May 3, 10, 17, and 31).
We are looking for Coaches who have a passion for the sport and a willingness to grow with the program.
Pay is hourly based on experience, $20-28 per hour.
Assistant Roman Polo Coach: Ages 3-4, 5-7, 8-11, and 12-14:
- Follow the direction of the Head Coach for all practices.
- Know, understand, and teach the rules of water polo.
- Teach all correct skills necessary to the sport of Water Polo
- Attend all practice sessions for the season.
- Create and maintain a healthy and safe environment for all players
- Meet with the Head Coach at the end of the season to review performance.
Qualifications
- Playing experience is preferred
- Coaching experience is necessary
- Experience working with young athletes
- Full understanding of the rules and skills required for water polo
- Lifeguard certification is preferred
