Provider (LCSW/LPC/LFT) Clinical Intensive In-Community (IIC)

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Practitioner counseling (LPC), or Licensed in Family Therapy (LFT) to join our Intensive In-Community (IIC) team as an IIC Provider. The LCSW will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs, providing therapy and counseling, and working collaboratively with a team of professionals to assess client needs and plan treatments. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care to clients.
