The Role & You
Latino Media Network is seeking an innovative, results-driven, strategic Business Development Lead to play a pivotal role in driving LMN’s growth. Reporting to the General Manager, you will craft and execute strategic plans, manage sales, and lead initiatives that expand LMN’s presence and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning : Develop strategies to boost revenue and expand market share by identifying new business opportunities, markets, and collaborators.
- Sales Management : Oversee sales efforts, nurture key client relationships, and meet sales goals by deepening current connections and identifying new opportunities.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management : Identify potential clients, deliver compelling proposals, and foster long-term partnerships through networking, cold calling, and negotiations.
- Market Research : Analyze market trends and competitor actions to ensure LMN remains at the forefront of the media and advertising sector.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and guide teams, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative culture aligned with LMN’s goals.
- Collaboration : Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align business development initiatives with LMN’s overarching strategy.

Compensation
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The annual base salary for this position is $50,000, complemented by an additional commission-based incentive plan.
