Latitude Beverage — the fast-growing company behind award-winning brands like 90 Cellars, Iron Side, Wheel Horse Whiskey and Tequila Zarpado — is looking for a multi-talented, entry-level Marketing Coordinator with a foundation in graphic design.
In this role, you will support the marketing and creative team, working on production design, social media marketing, video/content, and point-of-sale production and fulfillment. You’ll have an opportunity to work with a diverse group of people, including all members of the marketing team, along with our sales team, production vendors and freelance creatives.
This position is perfect for someone who has a (budding) passion for wine and spirits, and is looking to utilize their existing knowledge of graphic design, project management and content creation skills in a broader marketing capacity that allows learning and growth.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
Graphic Design (50%)
- Design sales tools, in-store signage, emails and more on an ongoing basis
- Work with sales team to design and fulfill custom sign orders
- Work with print vendors to ensure quality printing and delivery of custom signage and other materials
Point-of-Sales Management (20%)
- Manage the ongoing POS needs, including populating design templates, print production, ordering, inventory, and fulfillment.
- Work with sales team to coordinate shipments
- Work with warehouse team to coordinate inventory
Social Media & Content Creation (20%)
- Work with our Social Media Manager to conceptualize, create and schedule content, including video
- Help track and measure social media efforts
- Help with social media community management by engaging with our various communities
Project Management (15%)
- Support various company/team initiatives, such as our single barrel whiskey program and our digital assets, through organization and project management.
- Work with our Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our digital shelf and key digital sales channels
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Basic knowledge of Adobe XD and Premiere Pro is a plus!
- Strong knowledge of branding, typography, and graphic design principles
- Understanding of how to prepare artwork for print
- Some experience with video production/editing
- Proven success with social media and social media content in a personal or professional environment
- Team player mentality, excited to collaborate and bring creative ideas to the table
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
- Knowledge of wine and spirits is not mandatory, however, direct experience or a passion for wine and spirits is a plus.

Hybrid Role: Latitude Beverage HQ office is a hybrid work environment. This person will be expected to work out of our Newton office approximately 3-4 days per week with the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week.
